Université d’été du droit continental
Du 29 juin au 29 juillet 2021
Comme chaque année, la Fondation pour le droit continental organise une Université d’été du droit continental. En raison de la situation sanitaire, la 12ème édition se déroulera entièrement en ligne du 29 juin au 29 juillet 2021.
Ce programme s’adresse aux étudiants et professionnels du droit désireux d’améliorer leurs connaissances du système de droit continental, auquel appartient la tradition juridique française. Il enseigne les spécificités du droit continental, son évolution et son influence sur les modèles juridiques et économiques actuellement en construction.
La formation est délivrée en français, en anglais et en espagnol. Elle fait intervenir d’éminents professeurs et praticiens du droit de nationalités et spécialités diverses. A l’issue d’un examen final, les participants se verront délivrer un Certificat de formation au droit continental par l’Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
Cet événement international offre l’opportunité de croiser les points de vue des différentes cultures juridiques et de créer des moments privilégiés de rencontres et de débats. Il attire chaque année une centaine d’étudiants et de professionnels de plus de 50 pays.

Summer School of Civil Law
From 29 June to 29 July 2021
As every year, the Foundation for Civil Law organizes a Summer School of Civil Law. Due to the epidemic situation, the 12th edition will take place entirely online from June 29th to July 29th 2021.
This programme is aimed at students and law professionals wishing to improve their knowledge of the continental law system, to which the French legal tradition belongs. It teaches the specificities of continental law, its evolution and its influence on the legal and economic models currently under construction.
The course is delivered in French, English and Spanish. It involves eminent professors and legal practitioners of various nationalities and specialities. At the end of a final examination, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Training in Civil Law by the Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) University.
This international event offers the opportunity to cross the points of view of different legal cultures and to create privileged moments of meetings and debates. Each year, it attracts about a hundred students and professionals from over 50 countries.
